TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General
By purchasing a ticket or using any service at Pantheon Water Park, either online or at the park entrance, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Entry to the park is not permitted without valid payment and a wristband.
Pantheon Water Park reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, where permitted by law.
2. Admission & Conduct
- The park reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for unsafe, inappropriate, or unlawful behavior, including failure to follow staff instructions or safety rules.
- Guests must comply with all posted signs, ride instructions, and directions given by lifeguards and staff.
- Alcohol, drugs, illegal substances, glass objects, and outside food or beverages are not permitted inside the park, unless expressly approved in writing by park management.
- No animals are allowed.
3. Wristbands & Cashless System
- All guests must wear the wristband provided upon entry at all times.
- Wristbands are personal, non-transferable, and required to access attractions.
- Children under 5 years old do not receive a wristband.
- Lost or damaged wristbands must be reported immediately. A replacement fee of €100 may apply.
4. Tickets, E-Tickets & Entry
- Tickets are valid only for the date and season purchased and are non-transferable.
- E-Tickets must be presented (printed or digital) upon entry and are scanned for validation.
- Tickets are valid only on days the park is open to the public.
- The park reserves the right to close attractions or the entire facility due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or maintenance.
5. Prices & Opening Hours
Current prices and standard opening hours are published on official site www.pantheonpark.gr.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
- Tickets are generally non-refundable.
- Refunds may be granted only where required by applicable consumer protection law.
- No refunds are provided for closures or interruptions caused by weather conditions, safety reasons, maintenance, or events beyond the park’s control.
7. Safety Rules & Hygiene
- Lifeguards are always on duty and can be identified by their uniform.
- Lifeguards may stop anybody who appears to be under the influence of alcohol, intoxicated, or likely to be dangerous to himself or other people.
- Management reserves the right to expel anyone who does not comply with lifeguard instructions or these safety rules.
- Always follow the rules of each aquatic activity.
- A drowning incident and a spinal injury take place in deep and shallow water respectively. All the areas of an aquatic location hide potential dangers.
- Do not swim in deep water if you are not a competent swimmer.
- No jumping or diving is allowed in the pool.
- Follow directions given by staff at all times.
- If there is not enough competence of swimming, please wear appropriate flotation devices and stay within close attentive supervision of a lifeguard or an experienced swimmer.
- Children should always be supervised by an adult.
- Do not do breath-holding exercises under the water.
- Do not run around the pool. the floor is slippery you may fall down and injure yourself.
- Do not play games that may be dangerous for yourself or others such as horse play near other bathers or the close to the poolside etc.
- Do not swim if you have sores and wounds on your body.
- Persons with disability may use the pool if they have got permission from their doctor and the water temperature is suitable for their needs.
- Swim 3 hours after a heavy meal.
- Do not chew gum or food while in the pool as you may choke.
- Do not wear sharp objects while in the water that may injure yourself or other bathers.
- If you feel cold, get out of the water and cover yourself with a towel.
- Know the emergency exits of the facility.
Hygiene
- Shower before using slides or entering the pool.
- Children that are not potty-trained must wear a swim diaper; we ask that you check diaper often.
- Please take your young children to the bathroom often during the day.
8. Children & Supervision
- Children under 8 years old must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult, in accordance with EN 15288-2:2018.
- Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for children under their care, even when lifeguards are present.
9. Lockers & Personal Belongings
- Lockers are available for rent.
- Guests are responsible for securing their belongings.
- Pantheon Water Park is not liable for loss or theft of personal property, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Photography & Media
Photography and video recording are permitted for personal, non-commercial use only and must respect the privacy of other guests.
11. Limitation of Liability
Pantheon Water Park takes all reasonable measures to ensure visitor safety. To the extent permitted by law, the park is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from failure to comply with these Terms, safety rules, or staff instructions.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury or damage caused by negligence, where such limitation is not permitted by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Greek law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece.
